4. Ordering and Payment

Quotation Process

All orders begin with a quotation request. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, specifications, and order quantities.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

1. Written acceptance of our quotation
2. Receipt of signed purchase order or contract
3. Receipt of deposit payment (typically 30-50%)

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for international orders:

• 30-50% deposit upon order confirmation
• Balance payment before shipment (T/T) or by Letter of Credit
• Payment currency: USD, EUR, or as agreed

We accept wire transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C). Other payment methods may be available upon request.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments are made on FOB or CIF basis per Incoterms 2020. Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country.

Lead Times

Production lead times vary based on product type, quantity, and specifications. Typical lead times range from 4-8 weeks for standard products. Custom or large orders may require longer lead times.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet delivery schedules, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to material shortages, shipping delays, or customs clearance issues.

6. Returns and Refunds

Inspection Period

Buyers must inspect goods within 7 days of receipt and report any visible damage or defects in writing. Claims for shipping damage must include photographic evidence and be filed immediately with the carrier.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

• Product is defective or does not meet agreed specifications
• Wrong product was shipped
• Product was damaged during shipping (with proper documentation)

All returns must be pre-approved by our quality department. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty

Our products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms vary by product type and are specified in individual product documentation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.
